Advantage Personnel was founded in 1985 by Mr. Thomas Larry Freeman, and Mrs. Suzette Kleinpeter Freeman. Together, they laid down a foundation of integrity, and true sincerity for a business that would cater to the needs of Baton Rouge employers, and job seekers. They knew that to honor this foundation, and serve the Baton Rouge area like never before, they would need a team who was as dedicated as they were to make a diference. Advantage wasn't just about hiring staff to complete a job. Advantage was about a team, a family, that would work together to bring employers with the right employee. 

Their ultimate desire was to, "not just fill a job order". They wanted employers to feel confident with Advantage services, and trust them to provide excellent customer service time after time. They wanted employers who were limited with time, and resources to have a one stop shop for quality employees. With that in mind, Larry and Suzette Freeman, put together a team, and started the interviewing process. Louisiana residents from Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas began to pour in. Every type of individual was here, young and old. 

Larry and Suzette Freeman went a step further when they opened Advantage Computer Services (formerly known as Advantage Learning Center). Now applicants who had a desire to increase their job placement skills, had a place where they could continue their active job search, while also gaining the skills necessary for the demanding job market. The training offered was not only affordable, but was also easy to understand, and was setup to work with their schedule.
