Lacey Thomas, Employment Counselor
I came into the Advantage Personnel office in June of 2018 seeking temporary employment, but ended up with a full-time, internal position with the company. I am the Executive Assistant and I also assist in the Accounting department. I completed my Undergrad degree online through the University of Phoenix and I am currently working on my Master’s degree. Working for a company such as Advantage Personnel is new to me, but it still affords me the opportunity to show my skill set. The result of all our day-to-day task is the same, helping others. If I can go home everyday knowing that even the smallest thing I did made a difference, then I can rest easy at night.
I am a mother to three awesome children and they take up the bulk of my time (which I would not change). My downtime is spent blogging, reading, or crafting.
